Now Hiring - Market Access Insights Analyst/Data Integration Specialist in Durham, NC

In this role, you will support in the design, development, and implementation of data warehouse and visualization programs to provide insights that drive effective business decisions. The Market Access Insights Analyst/Database Integration Specialist must have the ability to translate business requirements into logical data models and data requirements. You will be the data expert responsible for retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources, support in identifying key indicators and actionable insights, and effectively communicating the most important information to drive decisions. You must be hands on and be able to leverage data visualization tools and techniques to design, develop, and implement comprehensive automated solutions that support decision making.
Candidate will be required to have experience and be comfortable with Data Integration, Data Aggregation, Data Visualization, Data Analysis, and Continuous Process Improvement.

• Implement data ecosystems including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data into existing systems and infrastructure to generate insights.
• Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating reports; leverage automation and data analytics-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions to deliver strategies and intelligence in support of enterprise objectives.
• Develop detailed analysis, design, construction, and testing specifications; work closely with key internal and external partners to ensure technical compatibility and integration where needed. Provide timely/responsive technical support and leadership both within and across departments and applications.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements related to the automation of manual processes, optimization of data delivery, and re-design infrastructure for greater scalability.
• Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
• Other duties as assigned

• BA/BS, preferably in IT, Management Information Systems (MIS), Analytics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2(+) years of experience in database systems programming and BI tools. Sound knowledge of database management, SQL querying, data modeling, data warehousing, business intelligence, and OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) is required. In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stacks such as Power Pivot, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS is an added advantage.
• Experience in creating models and visualizations using APIs and unstructured data.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to be innovative and utilize technology to streamline processes. Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the pharma/medical device industry and trends is a plus.
